Thank you for repairing our COLD church in time for Sunnyvale Christian School's Christmas musical that evening. After suffering through a week of practices each COLD morning, we were so happy to have A&R respond to our plea for help. No other business we called could come out until too late, and the one company who did come out could not figure out the problem. Your team was amazing, in identifying the problem with our old TRANE double system, with one problem on one side and a completely different problem on the other side of the sanctuary. Your guys were fantastic, quick to access the issue and then had the parts for the repair in the van! All done in a few hours. This was truly a Christmas gift for the school and the Crosswalk Church will appreciate it on Christmas Eve, when we fill the church twice that night. Our candle light service will now be on purpose, rather than a way to stay warm. Bless you all, and Merry Christmas. We are customers for life!
