Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 1485 Kerley Drive, San Jose, California.

I paid more for a one-way trip to be able to have a different drop-off point. When a family medical emergency caused me to change my plans, it was very difficult to get hold of someone to change my rental agreement to 1) turn the car in earlier than planned; 2) to turn it in at the SAME PLACE I rented it, not a different drop off location and finally 3) to return it during a time when they would be closed--was given poor instructions as to where to find the drop off box for the keys. Also was told it wasn't a locked parking lot but it was and I had to find a place to park it on the street nearby. Since then, they STILL have not dropped the $62+ charge for a one-way rental, despite my numerous requests--and the total charges are
hardly less than it was going to be for 4 more days. When I tried to follow up about this, they had already closed the Case # so I had to contact them anew through the online contact form! I have not heard back from them yet, but am tired of having to deal with this, since my lifemate of 16 years ended up passing away--and they are aware of that! I don't think I'll be renting from them again.
