As for my first striking system bang Muay Thai San Jose is a great place to learn. A very chill but fun environment for all ages they work on all levels from beginners to advanced individuals, and also potential competitive fighters. They are awesome in helping you improve not just from kicks, punches, knees and elbows but how you properly need to use each weapon in every possible scenario. It’s great way to get a workout, learning just self defense, and a great hobbies as well.
