If I could, I would give them 0 stars, but unfortunately, I can't. I bought a car here and since the moment I bought it they made me sign a paper saying I could not return the car or get my money back if anything was wrong with the car. I've bought cars before and I've never seen such a paper. Within a day the car started shaking, power windows started failing, and I noticed mirror switch was broken. I took it to them. The car stopped shaking, however Tire pressure light turned on. I then took it back, they said they would also fix the power windows and side mirror switch, they didnt, then they said the guarantee didn't cover the Tire Pressure problem and that it wasn't their responsibility. "Great guarantee". I then took it to Vallejo and on the way back we heard a metal on metal screeching sound and was not able to come back to San Jose. The dealership said it wasn't their responsibility to bring my car back. So I had to get a tow truck which cost me $350. My car has been in the shop with them for 3 days now, for the 3rd time, within 1 week and a half since I bought it. Now hopefully when I get it back nothing else will stop working because I only have 1 month of "guarantee" and I can't get any refunds or trade it for a different car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
